Our Production Process

We use semi-automatic machines to make our bottle stoppers. First the thin sheets of steel are cut in a specific shape. After this, the edges are crimped. Then, small circles are created from the sheets, which is followed with crimping process. Herein, crimping machine squeezes the circular metal into a grooved shape. By using our Polypropylene Bottle Caps, PP Bottle Caps , Wine Bottle Caps, PP Caps, ROPP Caps and others, an airtight seal is achieved which confines the carbon dioxide in the bottle. Hence, the beverages, wine and other liquids remain in carbonated form until the bottle is opened.

What Makes our Products Better?

PP Caps and ROPP Caps are couple of our popular crown caps. These are used in bottled soft drinks and a number of alcoholic beverages. These have fluted edges and are made using steel. One might need a bottle cap opener to open the caps. We also provide screw caps that have an inner PVC lining.
